How fast can you complete my order?
Most orders finish within 7–10 business days after you approve your proof. Rush service is available for tight deadlines — just ask.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum — we run everything from a single piece to thousands. Embroidery orders under 12 pieces carry a small digitizing fee, waived on larger orders.
What file formats do you accept?
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and EPS. Vector files give the cleanest results — especially for embroidery — but send the best version you have.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily serve customers within the United States. For international shipping, reach out directly and we’ll look at options and rates.
