Brand activations.

We bring a live personalization station to your activation — embroidery, hot foil stamping, or laser engraving. Guests pick a piece, pick a design, and watch it made. They leave carrying your logo, and they leave having chosen it.

Why it works

Swag gets binned. This doesn’t.

01

It stops traffic

A running machine is the rare booth element people walk toward. The queue itself becomes the draw — and a queue in front of your brand is dwell time you didn’t have to buy.

02

It buys you a conversation

Five minutes watching a piece get made is five minutes standing with your team. That’s long enough for a real conversation instead of a scanned badge.

03

It outlives the event

Personalized merch doesn’t get binned on the way out. A hat with someone’s own initials, or a tumbler with their name cut into it, stays in rotation for years — with your logo next to it.

04

It’s made, not handed out

Guests choose the piece, the design, and the colors. Co-creating something beats receiving something, and it’s the part people film and post.

Pick your station

Three ways to personalize live.

They differ mostly in speed and in what they leave behind. For a busy booth we often run two at once.

01

Live Embroidery

We bring a commercial embroidery machine to your event. Your guests pick a hat or garment, pick a design, and watch it stitched on the spot — live entertainment that leaves with something people actually keep.

  • Hats & beanies
  • Totes & pouches
  • Crewnecks & hoodies
  • Jackets & workwear
02

Live Hot Foiling

A heated brass die, a roll of metallic foil, and your guest’s initials pressed into leather in under a minute. We bring the foil bar to your event — gold, silver, rose gold, holographic — and personalize on the spot.

  • Leather luggage tags
  • Notebooks & journals
  • Card & passport holders
  • Belts & leather patches
03

Live Laser Engraving

A tumbler, a name, and a laser tracing it into the metal while your guests watch. We bring an enclosed engraver to your event and personalize drinkware, glass, wood, and leather on the spot — permanently.

  • Tumblers & drinkware
  • Glassware & bottles
  • Wood coasters & boards
  • Leather goods & patches

Questions

Activations, answered.

What is a brand activation?

A brand activation is a live experience that gets people interacting with a brand rather than just seeing it. A personalization station is one of the most reliable formats: guests choose an item and a design, watch it made on the spot, and leave wearing or carrying something branded that they helped create.

Which station is right for our event?

Embroidery has the strongest visual draw and suits apparel-led brands, but runs 5–10 minutes a piece. Hot foiling is the fastest at about a minute, so it clears the longest lines — ideal for busy trade show booths. Laser engraving is the most permanent and suits drinkware and gifting. For high-traffic activations we often run two stations side by side.

How many guests can you handle?

It depends on the station and the window. Over a typical four-hour activation, expect roughly 25–45 embroidered pieces, 60–100 engraved pieces, or several hundred foiled pieces. Tell us the headcount you need to clear and we’ll size the setup — additional machines and staff are available.

Do you work with agencies and event producers?

Regularly. We can work directly to a client brief, handle artwork and digitizing, coordinate with your venue on load-in and power, and invoice the agency. Send us the run of show and we’ll tell you what’s realistic in the window.

Can you use our merch instead of yours?

Usually yes. Client-supplied items are common — your existing hats, tumblers, or leather goods. We do need to check the material first, because some finishes don’t take foil or engrave predictably. Send samples or photos ahead of time and we’ll test.

What do you need from the venue?

About a 10′ × 10′ footprint and one standard 110V outlet per station. No special ventilation or power. We bring the machines, the blanks, the display, and the crew, and we handle load-in, setup, and teardown ourselves.

What does a brand activation cost?

Activations are quoted as a flat rate covering the machines, crew, travel, setup, and teardown, plus a per-piece cost for the blanks and any one-time setup like digitizing or a custom foil die. Send us your date, location, and expected headcount and we’ll get you a number after a short call.
