Live printing & patch bar for activations & events — Indiana and the Midwest

Live printing & patch bar.

A wall of custom patches, a rack of full-color prints, and a heat press. Guests pick a blank, pick their designs, decide where each one goes, and watch it pressed on in about a minute — at your activation, company party, wedding, or pop-up.

What it is

Merch your guests design themselves.

A patch bar — also called a live print bar or a custom patch station — hands the design over to your guests. Ahead of the event we turn your artwork into a set of embroidered patches and full-color transfers: your logo, a few designs made for the day, a date or a line people will want on a jacket.

On the day, each guest picks a hat, tee, tote, or jacket, chooses two or three designs, and lays them out exactly where they want them. The press finishes it in about a minute. Because everyone arranges their own, no two pieces leave the same — and the patches are stitched in our own shop, so they look like the real thing because they are.

Brand activations

The activation guests design themselves.

A patch bar turns your logo into a set of pieces guests arrange their own way — on a hat, a jacket, a tote — and the press finishes each one in about a minute. The line keeps moving, and every guest leaves with something nobody else has, with your brand on it. We run patch bars at launches, booths, and pop-ups anywhere in Indiana and across the Midwest.

How it works

Four steps to a pressed-live event.

01

Book your date

Tell us your date, venue, and rough headcount — and what the designs should carry: your logo, the event name, a date, a line people will want to wear.

02

We make the designs

We stitch your patches and print your full-color transfers in the studio, and help you pick blanks — hats, tees, totes, jackets — that suit the room.

03

We set up on site

Our team arrives early with the heat press, the design wall, the blanks, and our own power. All we need is a table — about a 10′ × 10′ footprint.

04

Guests build their piece

Each guest picks a blank and their designs, chooses where each one goes, and watches it pressed on in about a minute. It leaves with them finished and ready to wear.

What we personalize

What guests walk away with.

01Hats & trucker caps
02T-shirts & crewnecks
03Hoodies & jackets
04Totes & canvas bags
05Denim & workwear
06Aprons & uniforms
Built for a crowd

Every guest designs their own.

The patch bar is a table, a heat press, and a display of blanks and designs — compact enough for a booth, quick enough for a crowd. Choosing and arranging is the part guests enjoy; the pressing takes about a minute, so the line never stalls.

  • Trade shows & conferences

A personalization station pulls traffic to your booth and holds it long enough to talk.

Give early customers a branded keepsake and a reason to stick around.

  • Weddings & showers

Personalized a piece they designed themselves for your guests, made while they watch.

  • Pop-ups & retail activations

Live customization is a crowd magnet — lines form to watch the machine run.

Questions

Patch bars, answered.

What is a patch bar?

A patch bar is a live customization station. Guests choose a blank — a hat, tee, tote, or jacket — pick from a set of custom patches and printed designs, decide where each one goes, and we heat press them on while they watch. Everyone designs their own piece, so no two come out alike.

What is live printing?

Live printing is the print side of the bar: full-color heat transfers (often called DTF transfers) made from your artwork before the event and pressed onto garments on site. They carry gradients, photos, and fine detail, and each one presses on in well under a minute.

What kind of patches do you use?

Embroidered patches stitched in our own shop from your logo or event artwork, with a heat-activated backing so they press on cleanly at the event. Printed designs can sit alongside them on the same piece.

Do you do brand activations and trade shows?

Yes, and a patch bar suits them well. Guests spend a few minutes choosing and arranging designs in front of your brand, the press keeps the line moving at about a minute a piece, and they leave wearing your logo on something they made. We take activations across Indiana and the Midwest.

How many guests can a patch bar serve?

Each piece takes about a minute at the press, so one press serves well over a hundred guests over a typical 3–4 hour event. For bigger crowds we add a second press and more crew.

Can guests bring their own items?

Often, yes — denim jackets, bags, and hats usually press well. Some materials don’t, like waterproof shells and other heat-sensitive or heavily coated fabrics. We’ll tell you what to expect ahead of time, and on the day we check each item before it goes in the press.

How much does a patch bar cost?

Events are a flat rate covering the press, crew, travel, setup, and teardown, plus the cost of blanks and the patches and transfers made for your event. Send us your date, location, and headcount — we reply within a day and set up a quick call before quoting.
